Giuliano, what does your job consist of?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Working as a foreman, I carry out all activities related to the construction, testing and maintenance of furnaces. My long experience in the company gives me solid skills, which I try to pass on to my new colleagues.<\/p>\n

What is your favorite aspect of your job?<\/strong><\/p>\n

The satisfaction of seeing a finished furnace and the ability to find solutions to any problems that may arise. In addition, the human relationships I have established with my colleagues are another aspect that I consider of great value.<\/p>\n

What goals do you have for your future in the company?<\/strong><\/p>\n

This question makes me smile because I am retiring in a few months!<\/p>\n

Why do you think a customer should choose your company?<\/strong><\/p>\n

I think that Maestri Forni is a serious company, with a great ability to find effective solutions to the needs expressed by customers.<\/p>\n

Have there been any innovations in the company in recent years? If so, how have they changed and improved the working method?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Yes, the innovations introduced have brought greater precision in manufacturing parts, both one-offs and series. Specifically, I would point out the development of new, better performing burner nozzles.<\/p>\n

Specifically, I would like to point out the development of new, higher-performance burner nozzles that are installed on heating chambers with a new, optimized design, which allow the potential of the furnace to be exploited to the full, increasing the uniformity of the temperature on the workpieces and saving gas.<\/p>\n

How do you see the company in five years?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Our company has been renewing itself for several years by hiring more and more qualified personnel and by purchasing new machinery: this has allowed the study and development of new systems for managing the treatment of materials. However, I can sense that evolution continues, which is why I see a company that even in five years\u2019 time will be constantly improving.<\/p>\n
