Elisa, what does your job at Maestri consist of?
I oversee the entire process from bid writing to active invoicing, taking care of customer and supplier orders as well as coordinating the shipping.
What is your favorite aspect of your job?
Our company manufactures industrial furnaces and machinery for companies in different countries around the world. Being able to work with international customers and contribute to the satisfaction of those who rely on us is what I prefer about my job.
What goals do you have for your future in the company?
For the next few years, I want to continue to do my best, increasing my experience and strengthening my skills.
Why do you think a customer should choose Maestri Forni?
Because ours is a family-run company that reflects the evolution of small Italian industry and the tradition of Made in Italy. Have there been innovations in the company in recent years? If so, how have they changed and improved the working method?
In recent years, new machinery, automated warehouses, and softwares have been installed; they improved and streamlined work management, making us even more efficient.
What aspects of the company do you think can still be improved?
I think it is important to continue to increase the dialogue between different business functions so that we can collaborate more and more fruitfully.
How do you see the company in five years?
Continually growing thanks to the proven ability to shape innovative solutions that respond to the changing needs of the markets.
