Samuele, what are the activities you carry out in your job?
I deal with activities related to carpentry, in particular welding, bending, and frame assembly. From time to time I also carry out external maintenance.
What is your favourite aspect of your job?
I feel great satisfaction when I can see the finished product, in operation, with the knowledge that I have personally contributed to the creation of the machinery.
Moreover, there is no real mass production at Maestri Forni: this gives me the opportunity to experiment in numerous activities, avoiding the risk of falling into monotony at work.
What goals do you have for your future in the company?
I pursue the goal of continuing to train within the company so that I can perfect my skills more and more and continue to grow professionally, always stimulated by new challenges.
Why do you think a customer should choose your company?
In my opinion, a customer should choose our company because we manufacture machines that are very durable and designed to work around the clock.
We also provide very good support in case of machine failure.
Have there been any innovations in the company in recent years? If so, how have they changed and improved the way of working?
I have been with the company for 6 years and I have witnessed a continuous evolution on the part of the company, for example with the purchase of new, more and more advanced machinery, such as welding machines, milling machines, and automatic warehouses that speed up and facilitate work.
What aspects of the company do you think could still be improved?
Considering that this year we will be celebrating 70 years of manufacturing furnaces and industrial machines… I struggle to find aspects that could be improved!
How do you see the company in 5 years’ time?
In continuous growth, both in terms of the evolution of machinery and the expansion of the plants for the construction of innovative furnaces.
