The report compiled by Intesa Sanpaolo and Prometeia shows that 2022 was an overall positive year for Italian manufacturing companies, but they will face a slowdown in 2023.
In fact, this year opens with a less positive outlook than the previous year, which saw strong growth in manufacturing, especially in the pharmaceutical, electronics and electrical engineering sectors.
Italy, however, will respond better than France and Germany: the sectors already mentioned will continue to improve, while the others will have to wait until 2024 to see growth again.
How can companies deal with this year of transition, particularly in terms of choosing suppliers?
Less promises, more real data
Choosing a supplier of industrial machinery and furnaces that guarantees clear, verified and, above all, real data of the consumption and performance of the solution is the first step to avoid wasting your resources. Making sure that what is said in words matches the facts is essential if you want to avoid investing your money in machines that do not meet your needs.
Sustainable automation
The problem of expensive energy often has a major impact on a company’s performance, and never more than today must it be considered: integrating technological solutions designed to optimize electricity consumption and capable of carrying out the required processes faster and in a more versatile way helps to increase efficiency, as well as to foster a more sustainable industrial approach.
